The place had a family atmosphere. The family room was new-fashioned, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. At the restaurant, the breakfast was freshly prepared with a custom made omelette.

It was in an absolutely perfect location with Children's Discovery Museum nearby. Very helpful staff gave advice on things to do.

Beautiful hotel in a favourable position to the Bloomington area. Beautifully maintained, quiet room with closet space, 2 queen beds plus fridge, and amicable staff.

King room with a pull out sofa, fridge and closet space was ready when we arrived. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, great services. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from a public university.

Its location within walking distance of Redbird Arena was absolutely perfect.

The location was favourable, to the Bloomington area, and the view was particularly nice, too. Plus, it was just off Normal's exciting and fun downtown, the restaurant at $ 18 a plate for breakfast food and wonderful shops.

When I arrived for check-in at 7 PM, which was later than the actual check-in time of 4 PM, my room was not ready. Along with 10 other people, I had to wait until 8:30 PM for my room to be finally ready. The front desk staff was not very helpful at all and couldn't provide me with an ETA. This ruined my entire weekend and I will never stay here again.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the bartender, who was nice and accommodating. I spent over an hour and a half waiting with my bags at the bar until my room was ready.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and other accommodations. It's also in proximity to the train station, making transportation a breeze. The spacious rooms offer all the amenities one would need, such as comfortable beds, a workstation, and a mini fridge. Guests can enjoy their stay knowing that check-in went smoothly and the hotel provides good customer service. Additionally, there are multiple dining options available, including a restaurant/lounge in the lobby area.

We enjoyed our stay at this family hotel. Our room was equipped with convenient amenities such as a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge. We made a reservation at Jesse's Grille, the onsite restaurant, which was a great choice. This hotel is a comfortable base for exploring Normal.
